about Ingrid
Ingrid believes that healing happens in connection with others. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Relational Cultural Therapy.
Recognizing the connection between mind and body, Ingrid also incorporates mindfulness and somatic awareness, helping clients understand and regulate how trauma is felt physically.
When not working, Ingrid enjoys being anywhere in nature — and has never met a place she didn't like to swim.
